• Turning
  With a total of 16 CNC-controlled lathes (including some double-spindle automatic lathes) in both bar and chuck machining, we cover the entire range of machining processes.
  
  
   
• Milling
  With a high-precision and highly efficient milling-turning center featuring a 76-tool magazine and a 12-station turret, as well as multi-axis turning centers with 1 to 3 turrets and 1 to 3 Y-axes, we are able to manufacture high-precision (turned) milled parts.
  
  
   
• Grinding
  Our modern machinery enables us to perform a wide range of grinding operations, including: External cylindrical grinding / Internal cylindrical grinding / Surface grinding, and produce high-precision grinding parts – using active cooling and high-precision measuring technology, among other things.
  
  
   
• Gear Cutting
  With driven tools, gears of the highest quality are manufactured directly in the (turning) milling process in a single clamping operation.
  
  
   
• Laser marking
  Our laser marking machine marks surfaces contact-free within a 110 × 110 mm area, applying text, logos, serial numbers, or graphics (Data Matrix™, QR codes, barcodes).
  
  
   
• Assemblies
  As a specialist for precision metal processing, we implement customer specifications from requirement specifications within the scope of our project management and produce holistic solutions up to complete, also fully assembled or partially assembled assemblies.
