MECANOR has been a reliable partner in the watch industry for decades and knows its specific needs. In order to meet the requirements of highest precision and reproducibility over the entire product life cycle, we are not only using our know-how but also high-quality equipment. By regular maintenance of the tools we have developed, a virtually unlimited number of parts can be produced at no additional costs to the customer.

MECANOR has in-house follow-up processes such as parts cleaning, deburring, polishing, hardening and assembly. In the field of coating and other specific processes, we are working together with selected partners in order to be able to deliver ready-to-install parts and small assemblies to the customer.
 

MECANOR is your partner for punching and forming products with different properties:

• Complex stamping and bending parts with ultra-small tolerances and precise bending
• Punching products with fine and complex shapes in very thin materials from 0,008 mm

Prototypes - the key to successful series products
MECANOR accompanies and advises you in the early phase of product development with regard to production-orientated optimized components for your application.

Using prototypes produced close to serial production processes and quality, your products can be tested quickly and inexpensively. For this purpose, relevant forming technologically demanding parts are produced by simple prototype tools in the insertion process, while the cutting geometries are produced, for example, by means of wire erosion.
 

Tools – the heart of metal forming in series production
Tools are the key to success in punching and forming technology. Therefore, a trained, experienced and motivated team of engineers, design engineers, polymechanics, toolmakers and quality engineers are developing and building all tools for our series production in the company's own toolmaking department.
