Production solution

• Standard Machines
  Our latest system, the imo-flex, offers maximum flexibility combined with high productivity for small and medium batch sizes. The kinematics are the same as on our rotary transfer machines, which means that the entire process experience can be transferred 1:1. With up to 3 machining stations and a 10-station tool changer above the unit and an optional 50-station chain changer, the imo-flex offers space for up to 80 tools.
  
   
• Rotary transfer machines
  Rotary transfer machines are an important component of industrial production, as they enable high productivity. A key advantage of imo rotary transfer machines is that they offer high repeat accuracy and throughput rates.  This leads to higher productivity and reduces production costs. Another advantage of imo rotary transfer machines is their flexibility. The ability to easily adapt the machine to the requirements of the product means that it can be used for a wide range of products. This enables more efficient use of the machine and secures the acquisition costs.
   
   
• Conventional technology
  A solution that was popular in the past and is still widely used today. Conventional machines are often sufficient for simple applications. The use of single- or dual-axis machining units is the ideal solution for this. Conventional technology focuses on the essentials, making it easy to use and very economical.
