We are an innovative family business specializing in the repair and overhaul of bar turning / machine tools (conventional as well as CNC controlled), loading magazines, spare parts and accessories. The managing director Peter Brotschi and his wife founded the family business BroRep AG in 1998 with many years of experience in the industry. Over the years the company has continuously developed and expanded.

PARTIAL- & TOTAL OVERHAULINGS
Even today, the conventionally controlled machine brings more precise work, higher quantity and quality. With a total or partial overhaul of your existing machinery, investment costs are reduced and sales increased. Our team is specialized in retrofitting various types of machines, but in particular:

SERVICE CALLS (MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL)
We carry out mechanical repairs or electrical service directly on site in your company. Fast, uncomplicated and reliable. We also offer this service internationally. Among other things, we take care of the following work:
 

• Troubleshooting (mechanical & electrical)
• New bearings for the work spindles (e.g. Multi-Tornos)
• Electrical work of any kind / Depannage

CONTROL DEVICES (VARIOCAM / VARIOSPEED)
Our electrical department has developed a control system that allows you to program the speed of the spindles and the cam shaft variably on an eccentric cam machine. This allows the production speed to be increased and tool wear to be reduced.

The VarioMotion is a control variant with servo drives. This makes it possible to stop the spindle at any position in order to perform a cross operation (such as drilling, milling, etc.). 

BARFEEDER & -TRANSFORMATIONS
We are happy to repair your defective loading magazine or offer you a complete conversion of the machine to another model. We take care of a functional electrical cabinet and make sure that the programming of the new machine is correct. Alternatively, you can have your existing conventional machine park converted to a CNC-controlled control system.

PROTECTING CAPS (CE-STANDARD)
We offer exclusively manufactured protective hoods for Tornos machines. The protective hoods are convincing due to their highly intelligent technology and the excellent quality of the materials used.

PARTS SEPARATING SYSTEMS
We can now offer you a parts separator system that significantly simplifies the inspection of production using random sample containers and can save you time and money.
 

With different sizes and diameters they adapt to your production machine. They are easy to assemble and convince with their modern design.

In our warehouse there are numerous apparatuses & various accessories for the common mono- and multi-spindle machines. Even if you are looking for something special, we will probably be able to get it for you.
